Welcome to a space created for educators who care deeply — and are tired of pretending everything is fine.
This is where we talk about the hard parts.
The unfiltered parts.
The parts that don’t make it into staff meetings or social media highlight reels.
Let’s talk about it.
Need some input on a situation or think you can help?
Share your story so others know they are NOT alone.

Education is changing…
Classrooms are changing…
Expectations are changing…
But the support? … Not always.
This platform was created by a special education paraprofessional working in an Emotional Behavior Disorder classroom — someone who has experienced the physical, emotional, and mental toll that can come with supporting students with high behavioral needs.
In four years:
- Two concussions
- Countless bites, scratches, & bruises
- Daily verbal aggression
- Physical incidents that most people outside education never see
- Sexual Assault by minors
And still — a commitment to students.
This space exists because educators deserve support too.
What We’re About
This isn’t just a vent page…………….It isn’t just an advocacy page…………..And it isn’t just a support group.
It’s all three.
Real Conversations
Open dialogue about:
- Classroom safety
- Burnout
- Administrative challenges
- Policy decisions
- Behavior management
- Mental health
- Retention and staffing shortages
Let’s Talk About It.
The hard days.
The good days.
The unsafe days.
The breakthrough moments.
The policies that don’t make sense.
The victories no one else sees.
All of it.

Professional Support
A community of people who understand the realities of working inside schools — without judgment or toxic positivity.
Our Community Values
We believe:
- You can love students and still acknowledge harm.
- You can advocate for change without attacking children.
- You can be professional and still be human.
- Educator mental health matters.
- Silence helps no one.
This space is built on respect, honesty, and solidarity.
Advocacy Through Honesty
Change doesn’t start with silence. It starts with conversation.
We can care about kids and still speak up about the systems affecting both students and staff.
The Bigger Goal
This isn’t about complaining.
It’s about:
- Documenting real experiences
- Supporting one another
- Reducing isolation
- Encouraging healthier systems
- Keeping good educators in the profession
Because when educators are supported, students benefit too
